About Grad Recruit
Applying for graduate jobs should not mean a spreadsheet, ten browser tabs and a pile of Word documents. Grad Recruit is a workspace, not a job board. Find it. Apply for it. Get it. Search roles on Radar, or add one you already found. A personal coach, powered by Grok, sits on the campaign. You still apply on the employer’s site.
Worldwide coverage
One place for your applications
Once you find something you want to apply for — on Radar, or a role you already found — save it or add it and create a campaign. That campaign is where you run the application: questions, stories, CV, tests, video and the outcome. You still submit on the employer’s website.
Built around the employer’s process
Every employer does things differently. Some ask for a CV and a cover letter. Others have online tests, video interviews or assessment centres. We look at the application process for the opportunities we list and help you prepare for the stages you’re likely to encounter. When you’re ready, you go directly to the employer.
We believe you should always know what you’re applying for
We look for specific, current opportunities. That’s why Radar links to the employer’s actual opportunity wherever possible — not a generic careers homepage. If an application is closed, changed or no longer available, we want you to know. We recheck scheme windows and live vacancies every morning at 7am UK time, then a few more times during the day — not when you open Radar. Always check the employer’s application page before you submit. Sources are listed on the Sources page.
Who is Grad Recruit for?
Anyone looking for an early-career opportunity. That might mean you’re finishing university or college, looking for a placement or internship, recently graduated, considering an apprenticeship or degree apprenticeship, taking a gap year, or exploring opportunities in another country. Set your preferences and we’ll help you find opportunities that make sense for you.
Independent by design
Grad Recruit is independent. Employers don’t pay us to promote their opportunities and we don’t sell student lists. Our job is simple: help you find it, apply for it, and get it. Every apply link goes to that employer’s own careers page.
Where we operate
UK · Europe · US & Canada · Asia Pacific · Middle East & Africa · Latin America. Tick those regions on Profile and alerts, then filter by country on Radar. We link you to the actual opportunity wherever we can — not a generic careers homepage.
Your information
Stories, drafts and applications stay in this browser unless you sign in. Email is only for creating an account. Alerts and one-time codes go to this device. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t send your answers to employers.
