What is GradRecruit?

GradRecruit is a workspace, not a job board. Radar lists live graduate schemes, jobs, placements, internships and apprenticeships and links you to the employer’s own page.

One campaign shows which requirements your CV already covers and holds the answers. You still press Submit on the employer’s site. GradRecruit does not send the application.

Do I need an account?

No. You can browse Radar without registering.

Create a free Basic account if you want to save opportunities, keep stories, run campaigns and get alerts on this device. Email is your sign-in name. Alerts go to this device. Optional GradRecruit news is off unless you opt in, and you can turn it off on Account.

Guest, Basic and Pro

Basic is free. Pro is a paid monthly plan. The price on Plans and Get Pro is the current one.

Guest can browse Radar.

Basic, with a free account, includes 3 campaigns, 8 stories, alerts and 60 tests.

Pro adds unlimited campaigns, Ask Coach powered by Grok on the application you are running, CV Studio, the cover-letter bank, video interviews and the full test gym. Campus Pro is the same as Pro when your university has a seat.

How listings stay up to date

Radar vacancies are checked every day. The employer’s application page is always the final word.

If a page says it does not exist, do not apply. Use Report an issue and include the listing number so we can take it off Radar.

Adding a role you found yourself

Accepted Answer

Add a role is for Basic and Pro. It becomes a campaign on your account only. It is not added to Radar and other people cannot see it.

Guest can browse Radar but cannot add a role.

Saving a job from another site

Open Add a role. Drag Save to GradRecruit to your bookmarks bar, or install the add-on and click Save this page.

You still apply on the employer’s site.

A listing looks wrong

The employer’s page is the final word. If the role has closed, the logo is wrong, or the page does not exist, use Report an issue and include the employer and the listing number.

Do not apply to a page that says it does not exist.

What is a campaign?

A campaign is your workspace for one application. Paste the role description to see which requirements your CV already covers. Write the answers once.

On Pro, Ask Coach — powered by Grok — sits on that campaign. Coach can make mistakes. Check responses. You still submit on the employer’s website.

What the requirement match shows

After you paste the role description, the campaign shows the skills and qualifications that employer asked for, and whether your CV already shows them.

Essential means they treated it as required. A gap means it is not on the CV. Do not add a skill you have not done. It is not job suitability, and it is not your chance of getting the job.

Reminders and alerts

A reminder is for a campaign you are running: one ping when something needs to happen, such as a quiet stage or a close deadline.

An alert is for a saved role that is not open yet. Tap Alert me and we ping you the morning applications open.

The demo campaign

The demo campaign is an example so you can see the stages. It is not a real application. It does not send alerts, deadlines or reminders.

Does GradRecruit send my application?

Accepted Answer

No. A campaign prepares the answers, the CV and the letter. You open the employer’s site and press Submit there.

GradRecruit does not email the employer and does not submit the form for you.

What is My resources?

Stories, Test gym, Video bank, CV Studio and Cover letters live on the Resources tab inside My applications, not on the Guides page.

Write once, then attach the right piece on each campaign. Cover letter and video banks are Pro.

Saving cover letters

On Pro, create and rename letters in My resources, then attach a copy on a campaign. If you drop to Basic those copies stay listed but lock until you upgrade.

On Basic you write or upload a letter on that campaign only. You still upload the file on the employer’s site.

Can GradRecruit fill the employer’s form?

No. You write the answers here, then type them on the employer’s website and press Submit there.

Tests and video practice

Test gym and Video bank are in My resources, inside My applications.

Basic includes a set of tests. Pro unlocks the full test gym and video interview practice. Practising here does not send anything to the employer.

I can’t sign in

Use the same email you registered with. Request a new code. Older codes expire.

If an old address is already filled in, clear the box and type the email again.

Tick Remember me to stay signed in on this browser after you close it, and to fill in your email next time. Your password is not saved.

Leave it unticked to stay signed in only until you close the browser. It applies to this browser only.

Help answers from this guide. It does not use Coach credits.

Ask Coach is on a campaign, for Pro. It uses Grok credits and can make mistakes, so check what it writes. You still submit on the employer’s site.

Where is my data?

Stories, CVs, cover letters, drafts and applications live in this browser. If you sign in, they also save to your account so they follow you to another device.

Email is your sign-in name. We use it for confirmation codes, and for optional news or a first-month Pro code only if you ask. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t send your answers to employers.

A campus seat is arranged with your university. It is not bought on the public price page. If you paid and Pro did not unlock, use Get help from support and send the email on the account.
