Build a shortlist, not a spray
A useful list is roughly a handful of stretch roles, a core of good fits, and a couple you could take. Five live campaigns beat fifty clones.
Dumping 400 Radar cards into a spreadsheet is not a plan. Most people write the same last paragraph on every form and miss the test email.
A working shortlist is small enough to finish: about three stretch roles (you might not meet every filter), five to seven you genuinely fit, and two or three you would actually take. That is a guide, not a score. You bucket them. Grad Recruit will not invent a 92% match.
Save only what you mean to work. Each save is a campaign: their questions, your stories, their tests. When a campaign is submitted, keep it until the outcome — then reuse the story, not the last paragraph.
