Spring week, internship, or graduate scheme?

Three different programmes, three different points in the pipeline. Pick the one that matches the year you are in.

A spring week is a short insight programme, usually in first year. Many banks and some consultancies use it as a route into a summer internship. You are not applying for a graduate job yet.

A summer internship or a placement is typically penultimate year. Conversion to a graduate scheme is common, and often higher than applying as a finalist with no prior relationship.

A graduate scheme or graduate job is for finalists and recent graduates. If you are in first year, do not spend October writing Why this scheme for a 2027 graduate intake you cannot yet join — look at spring weeks and first-year insight instead.

Radar filters by kind. Set who you are on Profile and alerts so For you does not mix a first-year week with a finalist scheme.
