Three rotations of about eight months, starting in Commercial Property or Asset Management, then Property Services and Homes Partnerships and Development. RICS-accredited degree at 2:2 or above, or a RICS-accredited masters. £32,250, then £33,500 in year 2. Victoria Station House. Hybrid, four days in the office at the start. The scheme page says this intake is not currently recruiting and asks you to register interest.

Transport for London (TfL) runs most of London’s transport network, including the Underground, buses, the Elizabeth line, trams and the main roads. It is a local government body. Graduate schemes are separate roles inside that organisation.
